Assessed travel needs in Pine Hollow and Stanton Counties and recommended expanded demand-response service and volunteer driver programs.
The study surveyed 1,240 residents and 38 human service agencies. Its recommendations led to the Mobility Management program's volunteer driver grants and the 2025 expansion of Stanton County demand-response hours.
