How projects are delivered

Projects move through planning, environmental review, design, procurement, and construction. Each phase includes opportunities for public input, and the Board of Directors approves major contracts and funding agreements in public meetings. Lane closures and other construction impacts are posted on the Public Notices page at least seven days in advance.
