In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, the North Ridge Transportation Authority announces a proposed overall goal of 11.8 percent for participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in contracts assisted by the U.S. Department of Transportation for federal fiscal years 2027 through 2029.
The proposed goal and its methodology are available for inspection at the NRTA office during business hours and on this website for 30 days following the date of this notice. Comments are accepted for 45 days.
