Beginning Monday, September 21, crews will close one northbound and one southbound lane of Harlan Avenue between Norfolk Street and Cedar Road from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekdays. Two lanes in each direction will remain open during morning and evening peak periods.
Transit riders
The Ridge Transit Route 17 stops at Elm Street and Cedar Road will move approximately 150 feet north. Temporary stops will have accessible boarding areas and signage.
